This policy applies to organizeitwithdani.com, including the public website, the contact form, and the private invoicing/estimates area used to manage clients, invoices, and estimates.

Contact form: when you send a message through the Contact page, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.

Clients and billing: when you become a client, we keep the information needed to run the business relationship — name, email, phone, address, and the invoices/estimates/contracts associated with your projects.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles that securely and shares with us only what's needed to confirm and record a payment (e.g. card brand and last 4 digits).

The invoicing area offers an optional feature that lets Dani connect her own Google account to automatically save copies of invoice/estimate PDFs into a Google Drive folder she chooses.

This uses Google's OAuth sign-in and the minimal 'drive.file' scope, which only ever gives the app access to files the app itself creates — it cannot browse, read, or modify any other files or folders in the connected Google account.

The connection can be removed at any time from the Settings page, which deletes the stored access token. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To provide the service you booked or inquired about, to send invoices, estimates, receipts, and related emails, and to respond to your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example Stripe for payments, Google for the optional Drive backup, and our email provider for sending messages), each of which is only given what they need to perform that function.

We keep client and billing records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
